Dealer Inquiries

Q: How can I become a dealer for Highwater Outdoors?
A: To become a dealer, please visit our Become a Dealer page and complete the dealer application. You will need to provide a current state-issued Sales Tax Permit and have a physical storefront with regular business hours.

Q: How long does it take to process my dealer application?
A: Once we receive and verify your documents, we will process your request as quickly as possible. Typically, applications are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your application.

Orders and Shipping

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Once your dealer account has been set up, orders can be placed directly through our website, called in to 918-998-2275, emailed to orders@highwateroutdoors.com or visit our warehouse to personally browse our stocked products.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments via cash, check, or credit card. Please note that all credit card transactions will have a 3.5% processing fee added in.

Q: What shipping discounts do you currently offer?

A:  On orders over $750 you will receive $25 off, and $50 off for orders over $1,500.

Q: What are your shipping methods?

A: We offer multiple delivery options available that you can choose what works for you. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

  • In-Store Pickup: Simple and convenient and no additional cost to you. We will have your order ready for your pick-up at our warehouse Mon – Fri 8 AM to 4 PM.
  • Standard Shipping (USPS): Estimated delivery time: 1-5 business days. (Default shipping option)
  • Express Shipping (UPS): Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Routes: We bring the warehouse to you! This option is only available from April to October. Orders must be at minimum $500, contain frozen bait or oversized items. A Delivery fee of 1.5% will be added to your total.
    • Northern Route: Kansas, Missouri, Southern Iowa, Southern Nebraska, Northern Oklahoma, and Western Arkansas
    • Southern Route: Southern Oklahoma and Texas

Q:  Why is there a $100 shipping charge on my order?

A: A temporary $100 shipping charge is applied to online orders as an initial estimate to cover shipping cost. This will be adjusted once the exact shipping cost is calculated. You will be refunded the difference directly to your account within 2 business days.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. We ship out orders Monday-Friday.

Q: What items can NOT be shipped?

A: We do NOT ship Frozen Bait, Crab Traps, and any 1 piece rods over 7’6”

Q: What is drop shipping? 

A: Drop shipping is a fulfillment method where we ship products directly from our supplier to you. This can be offered when we do not have the product in stock or do not hold the inventory in our warehouse. Please note that a $10 charge will be applied on all drop shipments.

 

NSF Checks:

$35.00 service charge on all returned checks. After one returned check, the account will be noted as cash or credit card only.
