Returns & Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure our wholesale customers are satisfied. If something’s not right with your order, we're here to make it right.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@highwateroutdoors.com within 30 days of receiving product. Please include: your order number, list of items to return, reason for return, photos of product (if damaged or incorrect). Once reviewed, our team will provide a return authorization along with shipping instructions. Returns without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Conditions
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless items are defective or shipped in error. Damaged or defective items will be replaced with the same product when available or credited to the customer. Please note, select manufacturers may require defective items to be returned directly to them.
Restocking Fee & Item Condition
Non-defective merchandise may incur a 15% restocking fee if the return is not due to our error. Items must be in new condition, in the original unmarked packaging, and free of price stickers. Returns not meeting these standards will be refused.
Non-Returnable items include: custom orders or special bulk shipments, clearance or closeout products, items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items and a credit will be issued back to the original payment method following inspection.
NSF Checks
A $35.00 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks. After one returned check, the account will be noted as cash or credit card only.
